When do Cost Transfer Integrations Run?

Retroactive Costing Allocations

The Payroll Financials Team runs the cost transfer integrations for retroactive costing allocation changes at least twice each week, dependent upon the Payroll Calendar. Cost transfer integrations are not run when an on-cycle payroll is in process. The anticipated dates for running the Cost Transfer Integration are listed on the calendar below.

Integrations are run at 12:00 p.m. CDT on the days listed. Anything Final Approved by this time should be included in the integration for that day and processed within the next 2-3 business days. However, each run of the integrations typically includes transfer records that require additional manual review and intervention. This can result in cost transfers not being processed within our expected time frame. If a retroactive costing allocation has been completed and you do not see the changes reflected in your accounts within one week, or if you have any questions or concerns about the cost transfer process, please contact the Financials Team directly at pr.financials@austin.utexas.edu.
